Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

Depending on where we have products available, we will be shipping from there. Which means your product can either be shipped from our USA warehouse or our China warehouse. Please see below for shipping times: 

 

For USA Customers:

Processing: 

  • In stock items will ship within 3 business days! Most often the prints are printed on demand and will ship out within 1 business week!
  • Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.  

Next-Day Delivery 

  • We are currently working on providing this option for customers’ convenience. 

Tracking: 

  • We update tracking information within after the product is shipped.  
  • Tracking can be checked through our Order Lookup
  • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated. 

Lost Package? 

  • If your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated time please contact us so we can help resolve the matter! Email us at support@canvasforgood.com
  • If your product shows that it has been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact us immediately! We will help out in every way that we can. Email us at support@canvasforgood.com

More Information: 

  • USPS for USA customers takes up to 5-7 days to update tracking if the product has been shipped from our international location. 
  • For other countries: The tracking will update once the product has arrived IN your country. So please allow at least 10 days to see the updates. 
  • Shipping takes slightly longer with us because we offer free shipping for our customers’ convenience and we cannot afford to offer quicker shipping methods. This would force us to raise our prices, and we don’t want to do that! 
  • We DO NOT accept order cancellations for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT.
